Fibrosarcoma in cats can spread so rapidly and viciously that the only way it may be stopped is by amputation if this growth has grown large enough and can not be effectively removed by surgery. Up until recently, this form of cancer has been relatively rare in cats, but it seems to be occurring much more frequently and can affect your cats bones or their mouth; but it usually attacks the legs.
