Any pet lover can’t turn away a kitten that needs help. Like any self-respecting human, I took the kitten to the vet for a check up. The visit went well (with some medications for cold was prescribed). The young feline recovered in no time. However after a while, there were some reddish circles forming on my skin. Without a doubt it was ringworm from the cat. The return to the vet, without question, was full of rage for not seeing the signs and symptoms. To avoid similar cases, here is some important information.
We never let them be alone together for at least four weeks. Understanding kittens’ behavior is very important for every cat owner because the behavioral tendencies of kittens will change rapidly during their first few months, just as their needs do. In order to do this, one has to tackle separation anxiety that your cat may experience, and thereafter teach them to be around people by spending some quality time with them.

There are lots of things that can happen when a pet owner first introduces another kitty into the family with another cat. When a pet owner introduces another kitten to a household that previously had one adult feline, it could be hard for the first feline to adapt to it. How to Bring a New Feline Into the Home of Another Cat
An eight week old stray kitten showed up at my door one day sick and hungry. I pledged it my love and my home and rushed it to the vet. After at least two trips to the vets office and medication for a cold, my kitten seemed to be on track to a full recovery. Until, that is, I noticed I had started to notice a ring shaped rash on my skin. I went back to the vet to convince them that this kitten did indeed have ringworm that needed to be treated. My kitten was carrying ringworm that went un-diagnosed by him during our first few visits. He gave me a couple of reasons for this and this is why I share this story with you.
