Hyper-vocalizing in cats can be unique, fun at times, but it most cases in can become down right irritating. If your cat howls all the time, especially at night, by the time that you finally admit that the cat needs help, you may need just as much help as it can very unnerving in some cases. It is widely held that this is a condition in cats that is a behavior issue.
